Born from our founders’ own experiences navigating career, entrepreneurship, motherhood, and the need for genuine community, SheWorks is here to help change the narrative for women in the workplace.

SheWorks was born from personal experience and a belief that women deserve spaces designed around the realities of their lives.
Ashley Whitney
Founder & CEOAshley’s vision for SheWorks grew from her own experience navigating career and motherhood, along with years spent advocating for women and mothers in the tech industry. She created SheWorks to give women more of the support, flexibility, and community they need to pursue their professional and personal ambitions.
Paddy Kay Lei
Co-Founder & Member Experience DirectorPaddy’s passion for SheWorks comes from her own experiences with entrepreneurship and finding the power of community after moving to the Pacific Northwest. She’s dedicated to creating a space where women feel genuinely welcomed, connected, and supported as they work, learn, and grow.
Together, Ashley and Paddy are building the kind of space they believe more women deserve—and showing what’s possible when women have the community and resources to thrive.
